Easy miles after I got home from work and ate dinner. It was a great night to be out enjoying the cool air.I wanted to go farther but there was a small dog following me and I was afraid that he was going to get run over being hard to see at night and all.(not my dog) It was 62 degrees and calm.

3.1 miles 8:55 / pace.
