Personal:

I have been married for 24 years to my wonderful wife Beverly. We have two beautiful daughters Riley-13 and Ally-10.In my 20's I ran a lot to get into shape to fight in the tough man contests. Now that I am in my 40's the love of running is back but the boxing is long gone.

I finally felt like running today. I ran 4.37 miles at a easy pace to get back into the swing of things.

Leggs felt better towards the end , but still a little weak. Maybe everything will be alright by Oct.-18 for my next 5k.

glad that the 1st run back felt decent. I find that a run is a true test if you are completely recovered from sickness. You can feel fine otherwise but feel weak while running. Sounds like you going to be well in plenty of time for the Liz Hurley 5K.
